PAPAYA Papaya is a herbarious plant in the genus Carica. It is native to the tropical region of America, perhaps from Southern Mexico to Central America. Papaya has sparsely branched tree, usually with a single stem growing from 5-10m tall. Its leaves are large, 50-70cm wide. The fruit is generally oval. It has a thin skin, which color is first green, then it changes to yellow and orrange that means it is already to be eaten. The sweet and juicy pulps is yellow, orrange and also has a red light. This fruit contains of iron and calcium, which is a good source of vitamin A, B and also C that good for our health. Young papaya and the leaves are eaten on some countries like Indonesia. It usually cook in curries or soup. The leaves are also use to be a medicine. It can treat an acne. It can also use to be anti cancer, because it contains of white latex like milk that can use to prevent cancer.
